Depending on the chosen level you will experience different access hours, varying response times as well as a difference in the number of named persons of contact.

No matter what level you choose, you always gain access to the same experienced team of integration specialists.

Continuously we are building the knowledge data base for your particular processes in order to constantly increase our business understanding and hence improve customer satisfaction.

In our quest for improved customer benefits through faster and more efficient support we continuously build the knowledge data base which is unique for your system  nodes.

With FlowInfrastructureTM you get the help you need. We offer two levels of support: Gold and Platinum where access hours and the weekly follow up meetings are the thing that differ. We take full responsibility for the information to flow freely in your integration solutions
